CII IQ, TPM Club India is pleased to announce a workshop on Achieving Zero Breakdown through a unique approach.

In order to improve the availability of machines / equipment for production and achieve qualitative production, the machines/equipments are to be kept in “as desired condition”. Maintenance division with the help of operations division can ensure this condition. The main objective of maintenance division is to ensure the reliability of machines / equipments and maintainability of the same.

The workshop is designed to help industries for achieving the above objective detailing out the approach and methodology. The following aspects, which improve the functions of maintenance division, will be focused in this Seminar:

Target Audience:

Manufacturing Heads, Engineering Heads, Senior Managers and Managers from Manufacturing Process, Engineering & Maintenance department from the industries. People who are involved in Maintenance and Production functions.

The number of delegates is restricted (on-first-come-first served basis). As a policy, competitors to the host company would not be entertained for this workshop.
