S Srinivasan is a mechanical Engineer with 36 years of Industrial experience; out of which 31 years with M/s Sundram Fasteners. He headed various functions like Planning, Designing, Manufacturing, Business System and Strategies and TPM Secretariat at M/s Sundram Fasteners.
He underwent training in Business Process re-engineering programme by M/s Lucas Engineering Systems UK and TPM Instructors Course conducted by Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance, Tokyo.
He was the coordinator for TPM Implementation activities in Sundram Fasteners at Padi Chennai, Krishnapuram Madurai and Pondicherry Plants. He is extended TPM consultation to Autolec Industry at Gummidipoondy, Chennai which was taken over by M/s Sundram Fasteners.
He is closely associated with Mr Sueo Yamaguchi TPM Consultant from Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance and has delivered guest lectures on TPM deployment at programmes arranged by TPM Club India at Pune, Mumbai, Chennai and Calcutta.
His paper on TPM PM Analysis at Quality convention by Quimpro college won the first prize - TATA STEEL Trophy in the year 2001.
Presently he is working with TPM Club India, CII and as TPM
Counsellor .
Apart from consultancy on TPM, he also conducts in-house training programmes at companies.

Mr Adhikari is working as Counsellor with CII TPM Club India and is providing Training and consultancy services on Total Productive Maintenance. He is a trained TPM Instructor from JIPM-S, Tokyo and has been working with companies assisting them in the areas of Total Productive Maintenance.

He has 6 years experience with the Energy Management Cell of CII in training, consultancy and monitoring implementation of Energy Conservation projects in many companies covering cement, steel, Engineering, leather, pulp and paper, foundry, pharmaceuticals and chemical Industries.
He visited Italy to study the Energy conservation methodologies being adopted in buildings and public utilities such as power generation and combined power and heat distribution systems under an Italian Project. He presented many papers on Energy Conservation at many forums such as PCRA, IIT etc for increasing the spread Energy conservation in Indian Industry.
As Head of CII Italy office in Milan, for 2 years, was responsible for the promotion of business relations between the two countries. He was instrumental in signing of MoU between CII and Federacchai (Federation of Iron and Steel Industry in Italy) for exchange of information and details on this sector between Indian and Italian Industry.
During his tenure as Head of CII Kerala State Office, successfully organized Source India 2001 which was a unique programme in Kerala showcasing Kerala Industry through Exhibition and knowledge sharing through seminar.
He has over 6 years experience in training; consultancy and operation of TPM Club India and has presented many papers on Total Productive Maintenance. He is presently based at the CIIs Center of Excellence at Bangalore CII Institute of Quality.

Narasimhan a man of versatile interests and credits is a MBA Graduate from Annamalai University. Having about 22 years of industrial experience, he has worked with welding major Advani. He was headed System Department at TANFAC (an Aditya Vikram Birla Group Company). The main function of System Department was to integrate TPM, TQM, WCM, ISO 9001-2000 and ISO 14001- 1996 to bring all in one fold to make use of the end users for easy implementation. He has implemented TPM and his credit weighed more in getting TPM Excellence Award 1st Category and visited to Japan to receive the Award in 1999 and he has also implemented and won the TPM Consistency Award Category in 2002 for TANFAC, being the first fluorine company in the world to get awarded. He has headed various sections like Materials, MIS, Sales & Logistics while practicing TPM at TANFAC.
As a man of dynamism, he was very much noted for voluble and numerous kaizens (improvements and innovations) which he made it as a hobby. He was very much instrumental in making people at TANFAC to imbibe the concept of TPM and made them to take responsibilities at their will.
He has developed a new visual management-controlling program for Inventory Management both in computer and field, which helps in controlling cost and effort.
