TPM Club India is an initiative of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and JIPM Solutions co., ltd, Japan (JIPMS) for the development of competitiveness of Indian Industry through a structured approach of a philosophy called Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Between CII and JIPMS more than 750 Indian companies are being provided with training and consulting assignments. More details and the activities of the Club are available on www.tpmclubindia.org
For providing training and consulting service to Indian Industry under this initiative, CII is looking for qualified and experienced candidates with natural aptitudes for creative and strategic thinking, good oral, written and communication skills, organizational and multitasking abilities and good interpersonal and networking skills.

- Graduate or Post Graduate in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering
- 6-10 years experience in industry
- Knowledge of TPM as per JIPM - TPM
- TPM implementation experience of atleast 4-5 years
- Leadership Skills and ability to handle people across all levels of management
- Organizing & Networking skills
- Marketing skills
- Communication & language skills
- Presentation Skills
